What Does a Customer Care Agent Do?

As a Customer Care Agent, you will play a vital role in helping guests create memorable vacation experiences while driving business results. Team Members handle inbound calls from guests and prospective owners who have responded to Hilton Grand Vacations marketing
campaigns.

This position blends customer service and sales, allowing you to build relationships with guests, recommend vacation packages and upgrades, overcome objections, and secure bookings.

Individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy achieving goals, and are motivated by performance incentives often excel in this position.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with planning and booking vacations.
• Respond to inbound inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
• Recommend and sell vacation package upgrades.
• Process payments and reservation changes.
• Build rapport and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage guest concerns and provide travel support.
• Meet and exceed sales, conversion, productivity, and quality goals.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience
• Sales or upselling experience preferred
• Call center, hospitality, travel, or reservations background a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working in a performance-driven environment
  Ability to multitask across multiple systems

Customer Care Agents are expected to achieve established goals; production targets set by leadership.
