Deputy ClerkThe Village of Prairie du Sac seeks a full-time Deputy Clerk following the upcoming retirement of the current Deputy Clerk. Under the direction of the Clerk/Treasurer, this position supports municipal administration, customer service, finance, records, licensing, permitting, and elections.DUTIES: Process tax, utility, permit, and license payments and applications; assist with utility billing, customer service, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll; maintain official records; support meetings, public-records requests, website updates, and office operations; and assist with elections and voter registration. Requires confidentiality, organization, independent judgment, deadline management, and professional public service.WAGE: $30.00 - $32.34/hour, DOQ.
