This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling. **JOB DUTIES: **Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Workers will perform manual labor related to greenhouse and nursery production. Duties include planting, watering, cultivating, packaging, loading, and unloading greenhouse products. Workers will assist with the propagation and maintenance of plants by following detailed instructions provided by supervisors. Work is performed under close supervision and does not require previous specialized training. Employer will provide basic instruction on job duties. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. No experience is required; however, up to 1 month of prior greenhouse or nursery work is preferred. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries. HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance. TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s). **WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: **Provided.
