About Fenichey

Fenichey LLC is a family-owned freight brokerage specializing in LTL, Truckload, and Intermodal transportation. With deep roots in the transportation industry, we combine decades of experience, advanced technology, and personalized service to deliver reliable transportation solutions.

The Opportunity

We're looking for experienced freight broker agents with an established, active book of business. This is not an entry-level position or a training program.

IMPORTANT: Experienced Freight Brokers With an Active Book of Business Only

If you have customers, understand the freight brokerage business, and want a better platform to grow your revenue, Fenichey offers the technology, carrier relationships, financial backing, and administrative support to help you succeed.

Our agents operate independently, managing their customer relationships and shipments from start to finish, while Fenichey handles the back-office responsibilities.

This is not an entry-level position, a training program, or a salaried role.

What Fenichey Offers

• up to 75% commission on gross profit through our competitive agent compensation program.
• Weekly commission payments on delivered loads.
• No signup fees, desk fees, software fees, or training fees.
• 100% remote opportunity with the freedom to operate your business from anywhere.
• Advanced technology , including transportation management, carrier sourcing, automated onboarding, and shipment tracking.
• Back-office support , including customer credit approvals, invoicing, collections, and document management.
• Multiple transportation solutions , including LTL, Truckload, Intermodal, and specialized freight services.
• An agent-focused environment where you maintain control of your customer relationships and business development.

What We're Looking For

• An established, active book of freight business with existing shipper relationships ... required.
• Demonstrated experience as a freight broker or independent freight agent.
• Proven ability to generate freight revenue and manage customer accounts independently.
• Experience negotiating rates, sourcing carriers, and managing shipments.
• Strong knowledge of LTL and/or Truckload transportation.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.

Grow Your Business With Fenichey

At Fenichey, we understand that your customer relationships are the foundation of your business. Our job is to give you the tools, support, and flexibility to make those relationships more profitable.

We're not looking to train someone to become a freight broker. We're looking to partner with experienced agents who are already moving freight and want a brokerage that helps them do more.

If you have an established book of business and are considering a change, we'd welcome a confidential conversation.
