• Prepare and coordinate design drawings, elevations, millwork details, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, vendors, and fabricators to bring design concepts to life.
• Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and project meetings.
• Assist with procurement, shop drawing reviews, construction administration, and on-site installations.
• Manage project deliverables and coordinate with internal teams to maintain design quality and project timelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional interior design experience, ideally within luxury hospitality or high-end residential.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong experience with FF&E, custom furniture, material selection, and space planning.
• Understanding of construction documentation, millwork detailing, and the full design process.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit and SketchUp experience are a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of assigned project responsibilities.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

• High-profile international projects: Work on luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, and residences for globally recognized hospitality brands and private clients.
• Full design involvement: Stay engaged from concept and FF&E development through technical documentation, procurement, and final installation.
• Creative freedom: Contribute ideas, explore custom furniture and finishes, and help shape unique, design-driven environments.
• Career growth: Work alongside experienced designers and studio leadership, with opportunities to take on greater project ownership and leadership responsibilities.
• Collaborative environment: Join an established, design-focused studio where creativity, technical expertise, and teamwork are equally valued.
• Hybrid flexibility: Enjoy a schedule of three days in the office and two days working remotely, offering flexibility while maintaining a collaborative studio culture. xhyhwjd
