The firm represents clients across many sectors, from major industry leaders to emerging entrepreneurs, and handles complex litigation matters and significant corporate and real estate transactions. Role Description The position is hybrid, two days a week working from home and three days a week on-site in New York, NY. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents; conducting legal research; and assisting with strategy development for commercial litigation matters. The associate will collaborate with colleagues across practice areas, manage deadlines, and contribute to efficient case management and high-quality client service. At least four years of complex commercial litigation experience. Knowledge of Litigation procedure, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation in federal courts and New York State courts. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility for admission) to the New York State Bar. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and organization.
