We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Marketing Specialist to participate in local marketing initiatives designed to introduce products and services to prospective customers. This position combines direct customer communication with hands-on promotional activities helping connect individuals with relevant offerings through scheduled marketing programs.
The Marketing Specialist will interact with customers in person present information about current promotions and help generate interest in featured products and services. This role is suited for someone who enjoys working with the public communicates confidently and can adapt their approach to different customer needs and campaign objectives.
Participate in scheduled marketing promotions and customer outreach programs.
Introduce prospective customers to products and services featured in current campaigns.

Document basic customer interest and campaign interactions as required.

Assist with transitioning between scheduled marketing programs and featured offerings.
Follow established company guidelines for promotional messaging and customer communication.
Contribute to daily marketing and customer acquisition objectives.
Bachelors degree or 12 years of experience in marketing sales communications hospitality customer service or a related field.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable initiating conversations with prospective customers.
Ability to explain promotional information in a clear and engaging manner.
Strong listening skills and ability to understand individual customer interests.
