FEES AND POLICIES

Fees and Policies: Service Provider and Corporate Training

Fees, Length of Training: Private or invite-only workshops are billed per 60-minutes. Sessions exceeding 60-minutes will be billed in 1/2 hour increments.

Fees are due at the end of the training unless alternative arrangements are pre-arranged. A cost-recovery fee for high-volume printing for workshop handouts, manuals, articles and other necessary documents will be charged to the host presenters.

Phone and video consultations are also available.

Fees are as follows and charged at a minimum 60-minute increments. A comprehensive fee schedule is available upon request:

  • Workshop delivery: $350 – $600 (under 35 participants)
  • Custom workshops: $475 – $725 (under 35 participants)
  • Fees for keynote or plenary presentations: $750 – $2850 (maximum 60 minutes)

Additional participants, add $10 per participant with a maximum of 60 participants.

Please note that fees do not include custom workshop manual, equipment or room rentals, print costs, and licensing fees for recorded sessions.

Fees and Policies: Policy and Case Consultations

Policy and case consultations (including policy reviews, and wordsmith recommendations) are billed per 60-minutes. Consultations exceeding 60-minutes will be billed in 1/2 hour increments. Fees are due at the end of the consultation unless alternative arrangements are pre-arranged.

Fees for service provider training range from $145 – $240/60-minutes.

Travel and Accommodations

It is the responsibility of the hosts to provide reasonable travel and accommodations. Travel outside of city limits be charged current standard per km fee or car rental, whichever is less for the host. Host organizations outside of a 2 hour driving radius are responsible for reasonable hotel accommodations for evening sessions past 6:30 pm or sessions beginning at 9 am. Air travel must be booked no less than 3 weeks prior to the training session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled workshops with less than 7 days notice will be invoiced as though the session had been booked. All cancelled sessions will be charged a 15% administration and preparation fee.

Fees and Policies: Open Public Workshops

1. Workshop registration fees hosted by Diversity Essentials vary depending on the topic, length of presentation, and other administrative costs. Fees/admission are due upon registering for an event.

2. Workshop registration fees hosted by third party organizations and businesses are set contingent upon the agreement between Diversity Essentials and the host organization. Contact the host organization/venue for registration fees. Fees/admission are due upon registering for an event.

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations received up to 20 days prior to a workshop start date will receive a 75% refund
  • Cancellations received 14 days prior to a workshop start date will receive a 50% refund
  • Workshops delivered online: Once workshop materials are distributed (48 hours in advance of start date), cancellations are refunded at 25%
  • Cancellations for medical reasons (with documentation) will receive a 100% refund
